I need a modern, eye-catching hero section for my landing page. The design should include a large headline, a compelling subheadline, a CTA button, and an animated gradient background. The gradient should smoothly transition between brand colors (green #00FFA3 and dark blue #0A0E27). The entire hero should be responsive and follow modern design principles.
